Adaptive Programme Leadership

I am an experienced leader of technical programmes. I support organisations to deliver complex work in uncertain environments. My approach combines strategic thinking, adaptive management and practical implementation support to help teams navigate political, institutional and operational complexity while maintaining developmental impact.

I design and support programmes that can respond to changing realities without losing strategic direction.

Facilitation, Systems Thinking & Strategic Foresight

I design and facilitate structured processes that help groups better understand systems, relationships, constraints and future risks. This includes multi-stakeholder collaboration, strategic foresight, systems mapping and institutional reflection processes.

I help groups move from fragmented perspectives and dead ends toward coordinated and actionable responses.

Strategy, Governance and Institutional Development

I provide research, advisory and strategy support relating to urban governance, infrastructure delivery, resilience, municipal reform, digital transformation and alternative service delivery models.

I help organisations better understand their environment and the conditions required for successful delivery.

  • Development Policy and Planning

    Coordination of technical (economic, infrastructure, planning, design) elements into regional, municipal and precinct policies and plans.

    Stakeholder engagement and change management that grounds strategies in the institutional realities that shape not just these plans, but their delivery.

  • Urban Management and Regeneration

    Advisory and implementation support for regeneration programmes, precinct development, urban management partnerships and inclusive place-based processes. I have practical experience implementing regeneration and urban management projects and don’t mind rolling up my sleeves.

  • Public Sector Innovation & Digital Transformation

    Support on digital governance, public sector innovation, data strategy, civic technology and institutional responses to technological change. I have lead the implementation of processes from product ideation through development in the civic tech and public sector urban tech space.
